LILY - MISSING BICHON

FROM NEWTON AYCLIFFE, CO DURHAM, DL5

Lily went missing from her home in Newton Aycliffe on 7th October 2011 after digging under the fence. Brody is four years old and relies on Lily for comfort and communication as she is autistic. The dog was purchased to help Lily’s communication skills as she does not interact with people. Lily is Brody’s best friend and Brody sleeps with Lily every night. She has been searching the house shouting Lily since she went missing. If you have any information please contact DogLost or alternatively drop us an email and we’ll pass the details on.

FRED - MISSING BICHON

FROM HIGHNAM, GLOUCS, GL2

This lovely boy has gone missing from owners parents at Highnam. He does not know the area, and will be very scared. He was used as a breeding dog for over three years and was in a very sorry state when the owners got him about 4 months ago. He was just starting to show signs of coming round and enjoying normal day to day activities, but unfortunately got spooked on Saturday and hasn’t been seen since.

There have been no sightings so far, but owners have been out searching and checking all farms and everywhere they can think of locally. There have been lots of posters put up. He is chipped thankfully, which is a plus in his favour. Please can everyone keep an eye out. If he is spotted do not approach, please contact DogLost or alternatively drop us an email and we’ll pass the details on.

Update: It is with a heavy heart that we write to advise you that Fred’s body was recovered on 15th January only half a mile from where he was last seen. Our thoughts and sympathy go to his owners Jody and Dean. RIP little one.
