Payment
For your ease and security all our goods can be purchased using PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account – you can pay by card as normal! Just follow the instructions on the PayPal screen after checkout.
Alternatively you can complete the form below and send us a cheque. Please note that goods will not be sent until after the cheque has cleared our bank.
Postage and Packaging
Most of our products include free UK standard postage and packaging (refer to the products for those that are exempt). We are happy to send items recorded or special delivery but please contact us before making a payment for a quotation. Just let us know the products you require and the quantities and we'll send you a quote.
We cannot be held responsible if items go missing in the post or are damaged during transit.
We are happy to ship items to most international destinations but please contact us for a quotation BEFORE ordering any goods.
Delivery
We aim to get goods to you within 5 working days after funds have cleared. However please remember that we are volunteers and on occasions there may be a small delay. Should any of the items be out of stock we will email you to advise you when we expect a new delivery and the additional waiting time.
Overseas Buyers
Postal charges/free items only available to UK Residents. Overseas buyers please contact us for a quotation before ordering.
Returns
Items can be returned to us within 7 days of receipt (buyer to pay postal costs). A full refund will only be given if the item is returned unopened/in good condition. Please contact us prior to returning any item. If you have any queries about any of the above please contact us.
